It’s so stressful when we go hunting for a new car every couple of years, but this time things took a turn… for the better! Since my other service adviser was no longer there, my sister recommended her service adviser Richard Runion Jr. I called him and made an appointment with him for the oil change on our Tundra Crewmax. He was very polite, honest, and helpful. I like that he didn’t treat me different because I was a lady dealing with the service of a vehicle. I appreciate Richard being up front about our vehicle and not B.S’ing me like I have dealt with at other Toyota dealerships in Vegas. We live in the far Northwest and drive all the way to your dealership for service. I use Findlay Honda NW for my Honda’s and like the Findlay service. I had issues with my headrest on the drivers seat always moving up on me. I am very short and when the headrest rides up I wasn’t able to see behind me when I’d turn to merge into traffic. Needless to say, that was a dangerous driving situation for me and the other cars on the road. The service manager that came over, I believe his name was Cody, listened and tried to come up with some way to help me when others had said there was nothing that could be done. He took the car back and worked on the headrest and I am thrilled to tell you that I am no longer having that issue. The headrest is staying right where it needs to be. The service writer was extremely helpful with my concerns about the cost of repairs. he answered my questions and was very patient. The car was finished before I thought. He went out of his way to get what I needed to do for the next servicing and worked out a problem because the previous servicing included an oil change that was not necessary. My sales consultant was Paul McGill. My experience with Paul was very good. He was timely with his communications and always very accommodating to my requests, while being realistic at the same time. I gave him a price point to work within, and he did so very well. Very friendly, and low pressure. The finance person ( I don’t recall his name- a tall gentleman with a nearly shaved head) was extremely efficient and concise in his information gathering and calculations. He overcame my initial objections in a polite way, placing an emphasis on how we would benefit from an extended warranty, which we did purchase. Than we came back to Paul again, who offered even more of his time to help us understand our new vehicle before we left the lot. Overall you made our first car buying experience a good one. The vehicle I was looking for was in stock at a reasonable price, and using the internet made things as effortless as possible on my end, which I appreciated. I had a few time constraints due to the work schedules that my wife and I have, and we were still able to get everything accomplished over a matter of a few days (we came in to see the vehicle as soon as we were able). I have lived in Henderson for 5 years now, and drive past the dealership every day. The dealership is also a “preferred dealer” for B of A’s financing, and also found it through a search on the Toyota website when I put together options on a vehicle there. Thank You! This was my first experience with Findlay, and I have to say it was great. We went in looking for a jeep for my son that was Yahooautos. That ended up being sold. Howie from the internet who was helping my husband and son quickly found another in our price range. Our son drove it and my husband and son fell in love with it. My overall experience was exceptional. I was looking for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma MT, A/C, Silver Mica exterior, Graphite interior to replace my 2006 Tacoma, which had been totaled 5/4/2010. I gave this info to AutoNation and they contacted Toyota dealerships in LV. None had what I wanted, except Findlay. John Terry called me and said he had the truck I wanted and scheduled a test drive for the next day. When I arrived, Mr. Terry’s assistant Greg Hodges took over. The truck was tucked away in a parking area with other trucks. Mr. Hodges moved about 20 vehicles to get to mine, a Herculean effort on this 105 degree day. I took it for 20 minute test drive on I-215. I couldn’t be more pleased with the truck or my treatment at Findlay.

Overall my experience has been great. I have had the Camry for a year so far everything is good. I love Toyota’s, this is my second one and I will probably get another one after this one. John Pool was my sales person, not sure if he is still with the company but he was EXCELLENT.
I had an excellent overall experience. I loved that facility, the people, and the service. I worked out the price I wanted via information from consumer reports, then emailed all the dealers in the area with my offer. They all contacted me and we negotiated. Jeff came to me with the price which matched- as did one other dealership, but Jeff Rubalcava had the car in stock where the other dealer did not. When I called him and told him that he had a sale, he asked me to meet him in an hour so he could get the car from the lot and prep it. I did that and the whole process took me about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
As usual the experience was positive and actually it went much smoother this time around and that was because of the sales person Ralph Sotelo, and Gay. She came through again, just like last time. I would like it if there was a hybrid Corolla. I drive a Prius at work, but prefer the Corolla for my personal use. The Camry is too big and I have out grown driving a truck, and we have an SUV. I bought my first Toyota in 1987 and kept it for 17 years.
Overall experience was excellent. I asked for a quote online. So nice to get quote online, come in and test drive, and not have to haggle over price. My sales person Jeff Rubalcava was great!

Great! Everyone in the service department was helpful. I only went to the service department. I bought a Prius here a year ago. I shopped all the Toyota dealerships and found Findlay to be the most responsive. Jeff Rubalcava was knowledgeable and helpful. I learned everything about my Prius from him. I recommend him highly.
Excellent overall experience. Everything went so smoothly I was astonished! There was no undue waiting around at the time of purchase. Everyone was very professional and friendly. It was actually a delightful experience!! Ralph Sotelo was superb. He answered every question in a timely manner and answered me directly. He made sure I knew things I didn’t know I needed to know. When I facilitated on color, he gave me my choices on both cars. He picked me up at McCarran airport and was excellent in every respect.
Thank you for a delightful experience buying my new car. My 2007 was rear ended and subsequently totaled by the insurance co. I really liked my Prius so much and was very disappointed. When I decided to buy again, I knew I wanted a Prius. Findlay Toyota and specifically Ralph made an unfortunate circumstance much easier!

Thank you. We put together the deal yesterday for a Prius II with some extras worked with Chi & Imam. Both of these folks were extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. I must say this was one of our best experiences leasing a car. They both made it very easy and enjoyable. Please give them both a high mark in customer satisfaction. We left a $3025 deposit on Saturday and will pick up the Prius on Wednesday. By the way, this is our 2nd Prius. We currently have a 2008 Prius #7 which is why we decided to get a 2nd Prius. We also looked at Honda Insight at your sister dealer. The Prius won hands down as far as we were concerned. Your Toyota staff would not let us leave until we were satisfied with the deal. Your sales manager was also very nice and was able to shave off another $300.oo for us. I hope I have a chance to share this story with some of my friends. Thanks for this nice experience!

Superb. Very well taken care of, all my questions answered appropriately. Treated as a friend not just as a customer. I came into see a specific vehicle that I had located on line. I had called ahead and it was ready and waiting. Ron Glenn was my original salesman and then he had Mike Stehli finish helping me as he had to leave the area. Both answered all my questions and we discussed alternatives. I am delighted with the choice I made. My wife and I previously purchased a 2008 4Runner from Ron Glenn in May of 2009 and have kept in touch with him as I was going to buy a vehicle this year when I retired. He has been exceptionally available and helpful anytime my wife has been in Findlay Toyota for service on her vehicle or when she called him for information on my new vehicle after locating it on the internet. I had a very positive experience. It was superior!! I would recommend anyone to go to Findlay Toyota and to Ralph Sotelo. I had been looking on line on and off I think for about a month and Ralph had been really helpful and quick with replying to all my questions and sending me vehicles that were within the requirements I was looking for on line. He was not pushy, but did not give up on me.
Excellent! Ralph was extremely patient and thorough! He took the time to really teach me how the GPS system worked on the vehicle and the blue tooth. He even hooked that up with my phone for me. He really went the extra mile and I truly appreciate it.
Also, Eric Ludwick, the person that handled the finance part of the sales part was great also. He explained the extended warranty and let me know exactly how it would work regarding the hybrid since this is the first hybrid I will be owning. I did have quite a bit of questions, yet he was patient and didn’t seem to mind at all. He was very polite and friendly. Great customer service!
My sales person was Howie Liederman and the experience was good. Howie was a low pressure salesman and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
Immediately after driving onto the lot, I was greeted by a salesman, taken into the showroom, and the salesman made sure our consultant was paged. In fact, every time we came to the lot, we were greeted and escorted (which is a huge difference compared to other dealerships who usually ignore potential ups). Once Jeff Rubalcava, our consultant arrived in the showroom, he sat down, discussed our needs, went over options with us, and offered us drinks/food. Jeff had the vehicle Rene’ had inquired about already pulled up near the showroom, and took us on a test ride. While we were at the showroom, Jeff was “all ears” and didn’t mind answering the myriad of questions we had, nor did Jeff mind when we asked him about several other vehicles. When we asked for time to discuss our options together, Jeff didn’t hover and try to eavesdrop as many salespeople tend to do- very refreshing to be left alone. When we told Jeff we would have to think on the deal overnight, Jeff did not try to pressure or browbeat us into making a decision– also very refreshing. When we returned the next day, Jeff had the car ready to go, got the paperwork done. Got us into finance immediately and offered us more food/drinks.
All in all a very pleasant , stress free experience. Even our finance guy was nice, and it’s my experience that finance guys are usually too stressed to be nice!
I had an excellent experience at the Findlay Toyota dealership. When I walked into the dealership it had a positive feel to it. Everyone was so friendly and up beat and the sales rep., finance, and the sales manager were all very professional and fun at the same time.
My sales experience was very quick actually. We ran my credit and because I’m only 19 and with the credit I built up I was informed of the specials that Scion had. John Tracy was my sales rep. showed me one they had out front and I feel in love with the car. I returned the n ext day and purchased it. It was a very simple and sweet deal.

My overall experience with Findlay Toyota was EXCELLENT! Mike and Elaine were awesome! They were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process from test drive til I drove off the lot in my new Camry hybrid. My only complaint is that one of the hubcaps popped off of the front passenger wheel approximately 3 days after I bought the vehicle.
My sales experience was excellent! I had some minor concerns with the vehicle with regards to window tint, minor scratches etc. However, any issue that I had was handled immediately by Mike Stehli or Elaine Alumbaugh. I was very impressed J
Overall experience Very Good, comparable to other top Toyota dealers I’ve dealt with in FL and CA. The salesman Howie Lederman, was most gracious and helpful. He was selling cars but did not ever pressure me nor make me feel uncomfortable. I had been to other Toyota dealerships but his personality and professionalism was the turning point for me to purchase the car right then and there. I found out about Findlay because I started taking my Avalon in for servicing when I moved here almost 5 years ago.

Great experience – Low pressure salesman, knowledgeable with the vehicle, answered most questions, and Kirk in the finance department answered all my finance & warranty questions. That was one of the most in depth test drives I’ve been given in a vehicle, and Mr. Anderson really knew what he was talking about with the truck.

Initial contact was with Imam Throwbridge but he was sick the day we drove to LV from Mesquite so Howie Lederman was assigned to assist us. I highly recommend Mr. Lederman as a class A professional salesperson. He made the whole process smooth and pretty much painless.
Experience was great! Ralph was my salesperson. There was no BS he gave me his best price, he did not pressure me, he answered his phone when I called and let my buy the vehicle on my pace. When I picked the vehicle up he had it full of gas and cleaned and ready, just like he said he would. He explained everything in the vehicle to me, set up my phone on the blue tooth and went over the warranty and road side assistance and the maintenance plan. It was the smoothest purchase I could of asked for. I purchased it off the internet. Ralph was just what I was looking for in a salesman, I will purchase from him again.
We will always come back to FT as we are a loyal customer. This is probably our third Toyota to purchase/lease with you. Phillip, the gentleman who approach us in the parking lot was accommodating and greeted as with respect and was very professional. As soon as we were in the table, we were referred to Mr. Steve Cutter who seems like the middle man between us and the person behind the counter.
Everything was excellent from the test drive, Philip explaining the controls, the negotiation part with Steve Cutter, the signing of contract and the washing and turn over the Prius to us. The only hiccup that we encountered is that the person behind the counter (finance guy) was having a hard time accepting our print out from the internet that states a rebate of $1,000.00 for all military personnel. We know Mr. Cutter did the best to relay our concerns but we guess that the final word is coming from that gentleman behind the counter. So, we end up getting a $500.00 military rebate instead.
We knew about you as a loyal customer. Who would not know you because of the commercial with John Barr.

I did come see Mr. Anderson, when he took me on a test drive of the Fj I knew nothing about them and was planning on buying a Jeep Wrangler, after my experience with Mr. Anderson I decided to really look into the Fj, I have a ranged to buy an Fj from another source. If you has a yellow one I would have bought from you. I will be buying many accessories from you and have purchased two cars from you and will be back. But let me tell you Mr. Anderson was the best salesman I have ever dealt with looking for a car it is no reflection on him that you didn’t have yellow Fj.
My overall experience was excellent, I knew what I wanted and it arrived at the appropriate time. I do not like the sales associates outside commenting if I need anything. I personally do not like sales associates.. So.. There is really nothing that can be done. I personally do not want to be asked anything or bothered by anyone unless I ask and I want them to be available for when I need something, but not crowding me. ( Obviously that is my own personal issue)
Ron Glen did a wonderful job selling me my car. He described the value and the trends on the selling history of the car. He always makes me and my fiance feel that we are being taken care of. He is not pushy and demanding which makes it a more relaxed sell.
